Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AboodSpace ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AboodSpace website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• •All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• •You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary
• •You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• •You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• •You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• •You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• •Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory
• •Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means
• •Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without our permission
• •Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site
• •Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site
• •Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
• •Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
• •Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks connected to the Site

User Generated Contributions

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site. Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Services

AboodSpace provides a platform connecting customers with verified vendors for home and interior services. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide the services. All services are provided by independent vendors registered on our platform. We make no warranties or representations about the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors.

Payment Terms

Vendors joining the platform are required to pay a one-time onboarding and verification fee of ₹5,000. This fee is non-refundable. By proceeding with the registration, you acknowledge and agree to this payment term.

All payments made through our platform are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details. Transactions between customers and vendors for services are subject to separate agreements between those parties.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms of Service, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AboodSpace and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
