How We Use Your Information

• •Match customer requirements with suitable Partners based on service type and location
• •Share project leads with Partners and let them send quotations to customers
• •Verify Partner identity, business, and GST details before activating a Partner profile
• •Process partner activation payments and customer advance payments, generate GST invoices, and apply coupon codes
• •Send service emails such as account notifications, lead alerts, quotation updates, and invoices
• •Measure site usage and performance so we can improve the platform
• •Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal and tax obligations

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:

• •Between Customers and Partners: When you submit a project requirement, its details, including your name, contact details, and project location, are shared with verified Partners matching your requirement so they can respond and send quotations. Partners are contractually required to use this information only to respond to your project. A Partner's public profile, business details, and quotations are visible to customers.
• •Service Providers: We use trusted providers to run the platform, including Supabase (database, file storage, and authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). They process data only on our instructions and for these purposes.
• •Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
• •Business Transfers: If AboodSpace is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with this policy and applicable Indian law.
